For fashion week, I had the opportunity to stay at the Grand Bohemian hotel in Charleston, South Carolina. The Grand Bohemian is Kessler’s first property in South Carolina, thus it is a true gem. It seamlessly blends a bohemian vibe with classic southern charm. As a luxury boutique hotel, they have so much to offer between their restaurant, wine blending classes, coffee shop, and even an art gallery.

On the fourth floor of the restaurant, you can enjoy an upscale dining experience at Eleve. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner and offer an American cuisine that incorporates the local seafood. This gorgeous space, complete with original artwork and stunning chandeliers, features an incredible view of the historic Charleston skyline. From the restaurant, you can see so many of Charleston’s churches, which is why it’s called the Holy City. The hotel also has a vibrant rooftop bar and a wine tasting room in the basement. Their incredible dining and entertainment options make great experiences for any group.

Maison cafe is the perfect place to fill your caffeine fix before starting your day in the city. They serve freshly brewed Intelligentsia coffee, cappuccinos and lattes, in addition to pastries and other options for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

If you have the time during your stay, make sure to take advantage of their wine blending classes! This unique experience allows you to blend your own wine and even create your own label! During the class you’ll learn about wine making and have the opportunity to ask questions to their sommelier.

The hotel is also home to an art gallery, which contains unique pieces of jewelry, sculpture and glass from both local and international artists. If you fall in love with any of these pieces, you’re in luck because they’re all for sale. They host conferences, meetings, and even weddings in their gorgeous indoor and outdoor event spaces. The Grand Bohemian makes the perfect hotel for a girls trip. Make sure to take advantage of all they have to offer during your next trip to Charleston!
