With all of the springtime dinner parties, backyard BBQ’s, and brunches, there are endless cocktails to enjoy. I love featuring some of my favorite fun cocktails! However, when it comes to family events, it’s fun to have a festive drink that is also kid-friendly! We teamed up with Rachel, from Handmade Charlotte, to create this colorful Polka Dot Punch. It’s super easy to make, and we know the kiddos will feel extra special the next time you serve it at your home.

All you need is strawberry juice, Cran-Raspberry La Croix Sparking Water, and round ice cube trays. Fill the round ice cube trays with strawberry juice, place them in the freezer and allow them to freeze completely. Pop out the frozen cubes and place a few in each glass. Pour sparking water over the cubes so they float, just like polka dots, then add your favorite straw and enjoy! You can also garnish this fun beverage with your favorite fruit.

Not only is it super easy, but also extremely versatile. You can mix and match different juices with a variety of sparking water flavors. You can also freeze different flavors of juice so there are a mix of colored polka dots in your drinks. I hope you enjoy making this for your young guests!
