Art of the Entry Candle Collection
A Savannah-Inspired Candle Collection with Salt and Shore Co.
Earlier this week, I shared the exciting news that I’ve teamed up with Dixie Design Collective to bring my #artoftheentry homes to life! It’s been such an exciting process to see the Savannah-inspired illustrations by Shanna Masters transpire. If you haven’t checked out the entire Art of the Entry stationery collection, please visit Dixie Design Collective to see the full suite of paper goods!
As part of my initial vision for the home illustrations, I wanted to offer a variety of home-related products. Earlier this year, I started following Savannah-based Salt and Shore Company on Instagram. The owner, Mandy Mathis, hand-pours all of her candles in small batches in the historic district. I ended up meeting her for coffee one morning at Mirabelle Suites and I knew instantly that I wanted to work with her on this project and luckily she felt the same! The best part about these partnerships is that not only does it allow you to be creative but it also forges new friendships — and I’m so happy to have met Mandy!
Mandy and I are excited to offer you two candle scents inspired by the #artoftheentry collection. Based on the lemon tree in the Gordon house, we’ve created a fresh lemon scent. And, if you’ve ever been to Savannah during the early spring you’re familiar with our azalea season! The Gaston house illustration captures azaleas in full bloom so we paired this home with the light floral scent of azaleas.
All of Mandy’s candles are 100% natural soy wax and contain no toxins, carcinogens or pollutants. Each candle is 8 oz and has approximately 40 hours of burn time. I really hope that you enjoy these candles as much as I do! You can purchase them online at Salt and Shore Company. Special thanks to Dixie Design Collective for creating the beautiful packaging and label.
P.S. Stay tuned for a giveaway on Instagram this evening!
