Collins Quarter
A Savannah Eatery
My husband and I love to take day and weekend trips to Savannah, Georgia. I’ve learned that the more you visit, the more you fall in love with this beautiful, historic, and bustling city. The fashion, food, and beverage scene is ever expanding. I love when I find a spot that the locals frequent, where the atmosphere just makes you feel like you’re right where you’re supposed to be. I found just that place on my last visit to Savannah!
Let me introduce you to the Collins Quarter, located on the corner of Bull and Oglethorpe Avenues. It’s a coffee-centric casual cafe that uses local and regional produce. My husband is a fan of the poached eggs benedict with Savannah River Farms pancetta, house made hollandaise served on an English muffin. I am creature of habit and I ordered the All American Breakfast and it was seriously delicious. It’s served with local artisan bread and Savannah River Farms bacon with a green salad.
Next time that you’re walking through the historic squares in Savannah, stop by the Collins Quarter for their house made Chai Latte (my pick) or a Spiced Lavender Mocha. Their walk-up window is perfect for a coffee on the go. Even better, stop by first thing in the morning and dine-in for breakfast. They open everyday at 5:30am. You won’t be disappointed.
