I love scrolling through Instagram and finding emerging designers and brands that I've never heard of before. I could easily spend hours searching through hashtags and taking screenshots of clothes and other items that grab my attention. This just so happens to be how I found Borough, which makes flattering dresses that celebrate Charleston and its rich southern culture. The name Borough is representative of the different downtown boroughs in Charleston, SC, such as South of Broad, Ansonborough, French Quarter, Elliotborough and Harleston Village. The owner and designer, Ashley Worrall, loves the distinct charm of each borough, so every style of dress is named after the Charleston borough that best matches its personality. I have a deep rooted love for Charleston since I moved there after college and worked at the College of Charleston for seven years. Therefore, I'm so excited to discover someone…

A Breezy Navy + White Striped J.Crew Factory Dress

Lavin Label xx JCREW xx JetBlue

This Post is in Partnership with J.Crew Factory and JetBlue. As you already know, I'm going to be sharing highlights from my recent Turks and Caicos getaway with JetBlue and J.Crew Factory over the next few weeks. The vacation was exactly what I needed both to recharge my mind and revamp my summer wardrobe. One of the dresses that I packed for my trip was a navy blue and white strip quintessential summertime frock. It can easily be worn during the daytime or evening, and is now on sale now for only $42! For a daytime look, I'd pair the dress with casual white sandals and a wide brim straw hat. For an evening look, try these strappy canvas espadrille wedges and a rattan clutch. I wore this dress after we enjoyed soaking up the sun by the pool at the Seven…

Garden & Gun Southern Grown Festival

This Post in is Partnership with Garden & Gun. This summer, from June 9th until June 12th, my friends and I will be attending Sea Island's Southern Grown festival in southeast GA. For those of you who were lucky enough to attend last year's inaugural event, you're already familiar with the festival that is a celebration of all things Southern: from food to drinks and music. This year, Garden & Gun is collaborating with Sea Island to expand the festival and take it to the next level. Since Garden & Gun's mission is to cover the best events in the South, their partnership with Sea Island is a match made in heaven. Garden & Gun has created a special package that includes two exclusive G&G events: the Garden & Gun Dinner and a Show and a Lunch for their cookbook. Tuckernuck Print Dress

I absolutely adore this Blaque Label dress from Revolve because of the fun tropical print. The three quarter length sleeves and overall length of the dress make it a very versatile look that could be worn for many different occasions. Since the bottom of the dress does flare out, you can easily transform this into a dressier look if you want. I paired this with nude wedges since the print itself makes a bold statement. I finished the look with these ivory quatrefoil preeti earrings from Tuckernuck. If you don't remember them from my earlier post, these are my newest favorite earrings that have become my go-to for almost any look. If you're looking for new fun fashion this summer, make sure to check out Revolve's website as they are always showcasing tons of new great pieces, from dresses…
