This week has been pretty exciting for me since I was featured on Reese Witherspoon's Draper James! Draper James was founded by Reese as a way to honor her southern heritage. The name itself came from her grandparents, Dorothea Draper and William James Witherspoon, who taught her everything she knows about gracious southern living. Her brand is based on the southern sentiment that you can never be too kind, too gracious or too well dressed. She combines classic southern style with contemporary elements to create the perfect wardrobe that's both elegant and sophisticated. To celebrate this feature, I'm showcasing the perfect Draper James outfit that could be worn on Easter or any spring day. I immediately fell in love with the soft pattern of the Margaret Printed Skirt since it is both flattering and timeless. I paired…

If you follow my Instagram feed, then you know that we LOVE flowers. With Easter right around the corner, I teamed up with The Vine Garden Market to create a beautiful arrangement with bunny ears that you can assemble for your kids (or furry friends).  Even though they're bunny ears they'd work well for birthday parties, portrait sessions and more. It's a pretty easy DIY -- you'll spend most of the time arranging the flowers to get the perfect look. We worked with our local garden market for our blooms but you could easily use garden roses, camellias and carnations from your own backyard. We used these sturdy bunny ears at Target. They come in assorted colors and are strong enough to hold the flowers in place. We'd love to see your floral bunny ears so be sure share on social and tag…

So you can opt for classic monogrammed cocktail napkins from Emily McCarthy, or use the Single Letter Cocktail Napkins from Draper James for a customized touch. I like to include a…

The gardens, waterfront, pecan orchards and history are just a few highlights of the Musgrove Plantation that make it the perfect backdrop for both weddings and private parties. The 1200 acre estate was originally built in the 1930s and included 6 houses, gardens and mazes, swimming pools, and a lake. The plantation is most well known for its gorgeous scenery on the marsh, and of course, the oversized oak trees that are draped in spanish moss. Since it's practically in my backyard (off Frederica road in St. Simons Island, GA), I've been dreaming of shooting a story at the plantation for awhile! It's also the perfect place to enjoy an afternoon with my dog, Gracie. I've teamed up with J.McLaughlin--which features classic yet relevant apparel and accessories for men and women--to style the perfect daytime outfit. I've always loved…
