Mmmmm....Charleston - known for its cobblestone streets, historic landmarks, Stephen Colbert (!) and legendary hospitality.  But at the end of the day, Charleston is a food town and the buckle of the ever expanding Southern Food Belt.  It's no wonder that when friends and family are planning to visit Charleston the first question that they ask me is for restaurant recommendations. I'm always on the lookout for fun + different things to do, especially on a weeknight. Sometimes I can get stuck in a rut in the evenings when I come home from work, cook dinner and watch TV. There has got to be more to life! On my recent visit to Charleston, I stumbled across Candlefish, a new shop located on Wentworth street that specializes in the craft of candle making. The shop is a destination for inspiration. If you are visiting Charleston, you MUST stop by Candlefish. You won't be disappointed. Part of their mission is to share experiences through scent, touch, and sight -- which is why thy offer a variety of workshops + events for the community. I attended the Candle Making: Scented Candle workshop with Amy Pellegrino, Candlefish's marketing gal.…
