My husband is one of eight children, so you can imagine that we entertain family all year round! And whether it’s for a large celebration or a casual dinner, food (and a great bottle of wine) always brings us together.  For my last family gathering, rather than preparing our usual go-to meal, I wanted to try something new and unexpected. I asked my mother-in-law to join me in the kitchen to prepare a light and flavorful dish: veggie tempura.  So, one evening, my mother-in-law and I met in my kitchen, poured a glass of Oyster Bay Chardonnay and started prepping!
